Manx Fell Runners

Great result by Rich Sille last weekend at the lake district mountain trial.  This classic fell event tests both fitness and navigation skills and is one tough graft!

Being his first trial Rich did the short event, still 11 miles and 6000 ft of ascent (on his route choice).  He finished an excellent 8th position out of 93 runners in 3hrs 39 53 (and that was even after one dodgy checkpoint!).
