John has kindly agreed to allow access to anyone who fancies a recce of the course this coming Sunday 9th September.

Paul Sheard finished an excellent 20th position at Ben Nevis at the weekend, finishing in a time of 1hr 46 19, just ahead of past Manx Mountain Marathon winner Paul Thompson from Clayton le Moors. The race was won by Bingleys Ian Holmes in 1hr 32 57.
