Greeba Fell Race Info

Greeba Route MapThere will be 2 counter checkpoints on Saturday. First is at the gate on the Cronk Breck track and second at the gate near Lhargee Ruy. Both these positions will have marshals who will check everyone through. Sorry if it spoils anyones route choice but it is necessary for safety reasons.

Many thanks to the brave souls manning these positions. If the weather continues as it has been they will be in for a bit of a soaking.

    Indeed - much appreciated. I have never seen a race official lying down on the job, but that was what was required to survive being the checkpoint counter on the summit of Colden.

    My 2nd Fell race after the St Johns. Very well organized. Tough on legs or what! I am a regular Mountain bike racer in the MMBC, I don’t run at all. I think the fitness Mountain biking has given me helped me up those hills but not down them - ouch!

    Gutted that your upcoming races clash with the MMBC ones like they do for the next one on 24th Feb! I have a dilemma?
