MMM Course Information

The organising committee would like to inform competitors in this years race of a few minor alterations to the course.

Firstly the wooden bridge at Injebreck at the bottom of the descent from Carraghan is in a very poor state. There will be flags positioned to guide runners around the bridge.

There have been postings on the FRA forum as regards the best route from Injebreck Farm to the ascent of Colden. The route description is, admittedly, not perfect for this section of the course and will be adjusted as soon as possible. To clarify the situation all competitors must follow the flags from the Injebreck Road to the river crossing as it is over private land. After crossing the river all competitors may proceed to the checkpoint on Colden as they see fit.

All competitors must use the flagged stile at the end of the Cronk Fedjag track, the track taken after the Round Table Cross Roads. From here all competitors must cross the track and go through a new gate (which will be flagged) and then make their way to the checkpoint on Cronk ny Airee Laa.
