  1. Just like to thank everyone who helped me, especially Paul Cawley who must have had a shock when he found me sunbathing. No permanent injuries just a lot of bruising.

  2. Glad to hear Dave is relatively ok. and thanks also to Paul for helping him out.
Fantastic race with a real quality field.
5 females had a go which was great news. Well done to them all especially Ciara who I would think must be the youngest person to have completed this race.
Only disappointment was the number of runners. This date has never been very popular(except last year) wether on this new course or on the old Patrick course.
There are a number of reasons for this, the end of TT week, near to the Parish walk etc
Would it be worth rescheduling this race to a different time of year to avoid such clashes?
Please let us know your views.
Many thanks to all the marshals and officialls.

  3. Is there anybody out there?

  4. I suppose when a race is scheduled during school holidays there’s always the chance a few people will be away

  5. I would of raced if I hadn’t been on holiday in the lake district (escaping TT).

The Laxey Fell race is clashing with the Manx Mountain Bikes ‘End to End’ on the 14th September!

  6. We have applied to change the date of the Laxey to avoid the clash.

Will let everyone know as soon as we can.

  7. Will let you know on Tuesday Richie.
