James Coulson 2008 Race News

Could all runners planning to do Saturdays race please note the following.
There will be no punch on the first checkpoint Johns Cairn. All competitors must touch the cairn.
The checkpoints at Slieu Lhoist (2) , Mullagh Ouyr (3), Snaefell Mines (4) and Cronk Y Varre (5) will have punches. The final check at the wall above Ballacowin Farm (6) will be manned with no punch.
There will be an early start for those expecting to finish at the rear of the field. Register by 1.15pm for a 1.30pm start.
