Peter Quine Shield

Half Manx Mountain Marathon winner Lloyd Taggart became the first recipient of the Peter Quine Shield at Saturdays prize presentation. This shield has been kindly donated by David and Lynn Quine in memory of Dave’s brother Peter who sadly passed away last year after a long battle to beat cancer.
It was lovely to see Peters young son Rob help David to present the awards for this years Half. The Peter Quine Shield will be a fitting reminder of a good fell runner and thoroughly decent bloke. Thanks David, Lynn and Rob.
