Some excellent racing today at the second round of the Isle of Man Bank Winter Hill Championships and the Isle of Man Bank Junior Fell Running Championships held over Peel hill.
Lloyd Taggart took the victory in the senior race from Simon Skillicorn and Ian Gale with Jackie Lee taking the womens prize.
The overall junior entries were slightly down on expected but still the racing was close with some excellent performances, full results for the senior race are here and junior races here.
Photos of both events thanks to Paul Sheard, Murray Lambden, Stan Hall and Lewis Veale are available at the links. Also further coverage thanks to Murray at manxathletics.com

Many thanks to everyone who helped at Peel on Saturday especially Bernie for timing the juniors and Elaine and John from the Isle of Man Bank for presenting the awards.
Not far short of 100 runners racing on Peel Hill cannot be bad.
I am going to start training for a local marathon and I am using a program developed by Marrius Bakken. It’s a really good system, I am just throwing it out there for those who are interested in a good system.
