		<description>Well done to everyone who completed the course yesterday. Weather was as good as it gets at this time of year but it was very wet and muddy underfoot making it a very tough race. Wel I thought it was!
Many thanks to all the helpers and marshals for a great job and to the landowners and DAFF for access. 
Finally a special thanks to everyone at Beaufield Park for allowing us to use their facillities.</description>

I'm from central Europe, and I've run some trails in France and Switzerland. What's the difference between Trail and Fell running? It seems like they may be the same thing.
