Follow the marked route along the path , through the plantation and into Ballaugh Valley to CP1/10 GR347901

Ascend to Slieu Curn summit CP2 GR343906

Run South West to descend in to valley to small reservoir CP3 GR335893

Ascend to Slieu Freoghane summit CP4 GR341884

Contour southerly to Sartfell Summit CP5 GR335873

Descend to Brandywell road counter checkpoint GR343866 and run Northerly out to Sheep Pen CP6 GR371879

Double back to Druidale water splash CP7 GR355880

Ascend up the valley to CP8 GR345882 on the wall of the mountain track

Run Northerly to Slieu Dhoo Summit CP9 GR353894

Descend off this summit back in to the Ballaugh Valley to CP1/10 GR347901

Follow the same start route path back up the Ballaugh Valley through the plantation to the finish at Ballaugh car park track GR352919
