The League Rules
The following rules will apply for the 2010 season.
Eligibility
- 1st or 2nd claim Manx Fell Runners or 1st claim members of all Isle of Man athletics clubs who are affiliated to IOMAA.
- Member of a club outside of Isle of Man but born in the Isle of Man or resident for a minimum of 3 months prior to date of first championship race.
- Unattached runners with qualifications as above are eligible for points but must join a Isle of Man club after a maximum of 3 races. Points are awarded to eligible runners even if they only complete 1 race.
Qualification
All competitors best 6 races including 1 from each category plus marshal in 1 race.
Points scoring
Overall league (all categories)
1st 52 points 2nd 49 points down to 49 th 2 points. All other finishers receive 1 point.
Ladies league ,vet 40 ,vet 50 ,vet 60
1st 12 points 2nd 9 points down to 1 point for 10th
A league showing all runners points so far this season will be on the site in the near future. This will be up-dated after every race.
