All competitors in both full and half marathons must carry full safety gear.
If any competitor retires from the race at a point on the course where there are no marshals they must either proceed to nearest countercheck point or inform Race Control using the number that will be printed on the reverse of their race number. Please also remember you are responsible for your dibber and if not returned you will be invoiced for it.
The half will start at 1.00pm this year not 12.30pm as in the past
