At the Black Hut car park there is little room and this will be required for officials. Please park on the grass verge on the left well past the corner on the Douglas side.

All competitors in both full and half marathons must carry full safety gear.
If any competitor retires from the race at a point on the course where there are no marshals they must either proceed to nearest countercheck point or inform Race Control using the number that will be printed on the reverse of their race [...]

There will be a pre-race get-together for everyone involved with the 2010 Manx Mountain Marathon on Tuesday 30th March at St Georges AFC clubhouse Glencrutchery Road from 7.30pm onwards. All marshal`s, officials and helpers are welcome.

All competitors are asked to take care in the Injebreck section. The bridge at the bottom of the descent from Carraghan is in a very poor condition. It is advised that everyone go to the left of the bridge where it is easy to cross the stream.
