All competitors in both full and half marathons must carry full safety gear.
If any competitor retires from the race at a point on the course where there are no marshals they must either proceed to nearest countercheck point or inform Race Control using the number that will be printed on the reverse of their race [...]

The Race Committee are delighted to announce that Green Mann Spring will be supplying their excellent spring water at the drinks stations and finish on Easter Saturday. A big thank you to the St Johns based company.

Just a quick reminder that the Half MMM starts at 1.00pm from the Patrick road in St Johns, please note this is different from the 12.30pm as in previous years.

There will be a pre-race get-together for everyone involved with the 2010 Manx Mountain Marathon on Tuesday 30th March at St Georges AFC clubhouse Glencrutchery Road from 7.30pm onwards. All marshal`s, officials and helpers are welcome.

All competitors are asked to take care in the Injebreck section. The bridge at the bottom of the descent from Carraghan is in a very poor condition. It is advised that everyone go to the left of the bridge where it is easy to cross the stream.

The organising committee for next years Manx Mountain Marathon have received some great news in the past week.
Firstly Okells Brewery have agreed to continue their sponsorship of the event which, incredibly, goes back over 20 years.
